Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders $100+, $8 for orders under $100
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $20
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $35
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. All international orders include express shipping and are delivered within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Important: For most regions, product prices include Duties & Taxes. For Canada, product prices include Duties; Taxes are shown at checkout. For certain regions, Duties & Taxes are shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
- In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days
- Made-to-order and monogrammed items may take 2-3 weeks
- Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date provided
Store Pickup
Select items are available for in-store pickup at our retail locations. Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout and you'll receive a notification when your order is ready.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for express shipping orders. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
